We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. PetPacify is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

We want you and your pets to love our products. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help — within fair and reasonable limits.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. We understand you may need to try the product to see if it works for your pet — that's completely fine. However, returns showing excessive use, damage, or neglect will not be eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email us at petpacify.support@petpacify.us with your order number and a brief reason for your return. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours with next steps.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send a photo of the issue to petpacify.support@petpacify.us and we'll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note: repeated or excessive refund requests may be flagged and denied at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items
